Kobi Electric appoints lighting industry veterans Peragine and Heath to leadership team

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Kobi Electric, a rapidly rising commercial and industrial energy efficient lighting manufacturer, has strengthened the company’s leadership team by appointing lighting industry veteran Nicholas Peragine as President and renowned lighting engineer Jeffery Heath as Director of Product Development and Engineering.

The leadership team appointments are consistent with Kobi’s efforts to ascend in the LED lighting market through superior quality and affordability.

From conceptual design to an in-house quality control lab, Kobi has demonstrated a consistent devotion to prioritizing research and development in LED technologies to produce innovative lighting products that reach new heights for efficiency and performance.

Nick Peragine – President

Peragine, who has been a sales and marketing pioneer in the energy efficient lighting space for nearly a decade, joined Kobi as Vice President for Marketing in 2015 and created a commercial and industrial sales strategy that is fueling Kobi’s growth. His familiarity with the energy efficient lighting marketplace and insight into building strong distribution chains enabled Peragine to propel increased awareness of the Kobi brand during the past two years.

Jeff Heath – Director of Product Development and Engineering

Heath joins Kobi after serving as the Director of Product Engineering for Pruf Energy Solution where he successfully managed the development and design of LED luminaries and wireless lighting controls for industry leading roadmap products. His expertise in LED lighting concepts, design, validation, photometric analysis, UL/ETL/DLC certifications and SMT manufacturing enabled him to carry multiple lighting products from concept through industry regulatory approvals and into manufacturing.
